All goods and services are sold in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The purpose of this directive is to ensure that the consumer is given clear and accurate information about the goods and services supplied by the retailer to help give consumers confidence when buying online.
Mediaspec reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder's billing address. Your credit/debit card will be charged by Mediaspec at the time of order in order to secure the goods. No property or title of the goods shall pass from Mediaspec to the customer until payment has been received in full.
We may refuse to accept an order if:
- goods are no longer available
- there has been a pricing or product description error
- we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or suspect fraud
- you do not meet eligibility criteria for special pricing as laid out on this site
- Prices on this site are in Pounds Sterling and include all applicable taxes at current rates. They do not include any shipping charges.
Prices are reviewed regularly and though we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the event that we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order and you will not be charged or will receive a full refund.
If we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Mediaspec cannot be held responsible for differences in the manufacturer's imagery and the actual product.
Delivery times for orders will vary according to availability of products and will be presented to you during the checkout process. Mediaspec use mainly DPD couriers to collect our packages from our depot, and if required, customers can obtain a DPD tracking number to allow the tracking of parcel. If your email address is provided at the time of purchase, we usually pass this information onto DPD, who will email you an expected time of arrival within an hour timeframe.
On the day of delivery, our courier, DPD, will arrive with your order. It is important that someone is available to accept delivery of the parcel and have to remind you that, if it is delivered to a business address, it is your responsibility to ensure that any reception staff are authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
We would urge you inspect the parcel on delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and conditions of using DPD. By placing an order with us you do accept these conditions of carriage.
It is worthwhile inspecting the items for damage before you sign for delivery. Please note that damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Unfortunately, courier companies insist that collections cannot be made from their depot.
Delivery is during normal working hours, Monday - Friday, and normally by 2-day courier (some parts of Scotland and Ireland may take longer). Please allow up 7 working days for delivery.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver, they will put a card through your door with a contact telephone number on so that you can re-arrange delivery time.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.
UK Mainland Customers:
The correct default shipping charges will be automatically calculated on your shopping basket and any additional shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout.

Cancellations, Returns & Warranty Repairs
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order, but if for some unforseen reason an order you've received is incorrect, damaged or faulty, call us on 01355 272 500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our specialists will get in touch with a resolution.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as it was when you had initially received it and undamaged in any way.
Unless the product is faulty the following conditions must be met to qualify for an exchange or refund:
- Original packaging must be retained, sealed and undamaged
- No parts/accessories from the original shipment can be missing
- Product must not be registered with the manufacturer to your or any other name
- Unless the product is faulty or not as described the original delivery charge is non refundable
- Buyer bears the cost of returning the Goods.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you had used during the purchase. For card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your bank statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Orders which are returned outside of this returns policy will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
We do not accept refunds on the following products due to their nature:
- Gift Cards/Vouchers
- Digital Downloads/Software Licence Keys
- Boxed computer software that has been opened and had licence keys redeemed
- Products which have been specially ordered or custom-built for you
- Products that may have come into contact with the eyes, nose, ears or mouth, such as microphones or headphones
All new items supplied by Mediaspec are supplied with a minimum one year warranty.
If your order develops a fault within the first month of use we’ll help you troubleshoot the problem remotely and if the issue can’t be resolved, customer is responsible for sending the unit back to Mediaspec for an assessment.
To arrange the return of a warranty item, please contact our support team on 01355 272 500 or email@example.com who will guide you through the process. Once the item(s) is returned, it will be assessed by an expert and if possible repaired in-store. If any part of this is not possible, the goods will be shipped back to the supplier for assessment and repair.
Although we always strive to obtain an ETA for warranty repairs, this is not always possible. However, we will endeavour to obtain regular updates from the supplier, and will update you whenever we receive information on your repair.
In most cases, goods returned under warranty are repaired rather than replaced. Where a repair is not possible, we will arrange a replacement on a like-for-like basis.
If a courier collection has been arranged for any item found not to be faulty upon inspection, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £25.00. If issues with an item have been created due to misuse or neglect and discovered upon inspection, these will not be covered under warranty and we reserve the right to refuse a return on these grounds.
