Stereo versatility
The appropriately named BiG module breaths new life into the stereo image of mixes by drawing on creative techniques to shape and sculpt dual channel signals.
Housed in a double wide 500-series chassis, BiG is armed with three primary controls. Range for frequency range alterations, Stage for moving emphasis back and forth for the selected range, and Bigness to adjust intensity.
Iron-clad inspiration
BiG’s final feature ‘Bass mode’ employs a similar circuit to the AirBass board featured in SPL’s IRON compressor used in mastering studios across the globe. For stereo mixes in need of a special focus in low end frequencies, this setting is unmissable.
