We are proud to introduce Zoe Bentley, a worthy recipient into our Mediaspec Education Award Program.
Zoe joined Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017 and will be graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree in Audio Technology. Zoe’s 4th year project investigated how changes to vocal parameters can elicit tension and suspense through audio and audio-visual means. The aim of this work was to create meaningful acousmêtre in film. Zoe has been recognised by the lecturing staff at GCU for her exceptional undergraduate work and positive attitude towards her studies. Beyond life at GCU, Zoe is perusing a career in the audio industry specifically centred around post-production in broadcast and TV.
Zoe will be receiving a Mediaspec-sponsored prize for her outstanding work at university.
