Payment Terms
We accept payment by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard,
Maestro, JCB Credit, Personal Cheque (Please allow up to 10 days
for personal and business cheques to clear - Express clearing is
available for a small charge.),
Bankers Transfer/Draft, Postal or Money Orders or cash.

Mediaspec reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder’s
billing address. Your credit/debit card will be charged by Mediaspec
at the time of order in order to secure the goods. No property or
title of the goods shall pass from Mediaspec to the customer until
payment has been received in full.
Security
Mediaspec's Merchant Account allows us to accept credit card information
over the internet. All customers who place orders via Mediaspec's
website must be the cardholder specified on the card that is used
to place the order, and all deliveries must be made to the cardholder's
registered address.
To increase security for all our customers, Mediaspec will carry
out a security check on all internet credit card transactions. This
will ensure that all deliveries are made to the cardholder is registered
address and that the card is valid for transactions.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal
information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data
you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of

Delivery
Most orders will be dispatched within 2-7
days of receipt.
In the event an item is out of stock, we will contact you to advise
of a new delivery date, or an alternative where applicable. Your
card will not be charged if the goods are unavailable for shipping.
Delivery times for orders will vary according to availability of
products. Mediaspec use UPS couriers to collect our packages from
our depot, and if required, customers can obtain a UPS tracking
number to allow the tracking of parcel.To request this complimentary
service please email tracking@mediaspec.co.uk,
including the subject line ''tracking'' and remember to quote your
order number.
On the day of delivery, UPS will arrive with your order.
It is important that someone is available to accept delivery of
the parcel and have to remind you that, if it is delivered to a
business address, it is your responsibility to ensure that any reception
staff are aware and are authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
We would urge you inspect the parcel on delivery to ensure that
it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and
conditions of using UPS. By placing an order with us you do accept
these conditions of carriage.
It is worthwhile inspecting the items for damage before you sign
for delivery. Please note that damaged or missing items must be
reported within 24 hours. Unfortunately, courier companies insist
that collections cannot be made from their depot.
Delivery is during normal working
hours, Monday – Friday, and normally by 2-day courier. (Some
parts of Scotland and Ireland may take longer). Please allow up
7 working days for delivery.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver they will
put a card through your door with a contact telephone number on
so that you can re-arrange delivery.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect
address provided by the customer will not be returned to the customer
and will only be re-sent at the customer's expense. Additionally,
orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason,
will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at
the customer's expense.
The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery
and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.
Goods
We cannot warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose,
and you should check specifications and compatibility with manufacturers
or ourselves before ordering.
Mediaspec retains the right to refuse all or part of any order at
any time. In addition, the prices detailed on our website are "guide
prices", and may at times include errors and omissions. Mediaspec
is not legally bound to abide by these prices, but will endeavor
at all times to provide prices that are accurate. Mediaspec will
not charge or debit your card in excess of the amount stipulated
by the website.
All purchases are subject to availability.
For orders placed through the site, the standard delivery charge
within the UK mainland will be £10.00 inc. VAT. The appropriate
amount for delivery will be calculated into your price on placing
items into your basket. Mediaspec only accepts orders placed from
within the UK and delivered to UK registered addresses. All prices
quoted include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Prices and manufacturers
specifications subject to change without notice.
The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted
items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection
of such items.
All goods are supplied with a 12 month manufacturers' warranty unless
specified otherwise.
Consumer Protection
In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations
2000, the consumer has seven working days in which to cancel the
contract of sale.
Any claims for damage and non-functionality must be made within
10 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within
a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with
the amended Sale of goods Act 1979.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on
goods that prove to be non-defective. Opened software will be accepted
for credit if the software is proving to be faulty under manufacturers
terms.
